1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms have the meanings assigned below:

• "sbouno," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online betting platform operated under the sbouno brand, including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the sbouno platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by you on the sbouno platform, through which you place bets, manage funds, and access services.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or other gambling product available on sbouno.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload bonus, or other incentive offered by sbouno, subject to specific terms.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from your bank account, e-wallet, or other payment method into your sbouno account balance.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from your sbouno account balance to your designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "IDR" or "Rp" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency used on the sbouno platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required to comply with international anti-money laundering regulations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on sbouno, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the sbouno platform and contact our support team to close your account.

sbouno reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. 3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use sbouno, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. sbouno strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from registering an account or placing any bet on our platform.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any country where sbouno's services are restricted or prohibited.

sbouno reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of account balance.

3.2 Account Registration Process

To create an account on sbouno, you must complete the registration form with accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may only register one account per person. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds or bonuses.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify sbouno immediately via our support channels.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

sbouno operates under international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. As part of our compliance obligations, we require all users to complete a KYC verification process. You will be asked to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name and account number).

Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including limits on deposits, withdrawals, or betting activity. sbouno reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity or source of funds.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sbouno accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, but individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

4.2 Processing Time and Fees

Deposits made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your sbouno account instantly. Bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other Indonesian banks are typically credited within 5-15 minutes during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays and will be processed on the next business day.

sbouno does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees or service charges. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

4.3 Deposit Limits and Responsible Gaming

To promote responsible gaming, sbouno allows you to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Once a limit is applied, it takes effect immediately. If you wish to increase a deposit limit, the change will be subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period. Decreasing a deposit limit takes effect immediately with no waiting period.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to these terms. Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and verified through our KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. sbouno does not charge any fees for withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving fees.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals to e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed within 5 minutes on average. Bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other Indonesian banks are processed within 15 minutes during banking hours. VIP members (Gold tier and above) receive priority processing with faster turnaround times.

sbouno reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays of up to 24 hours. If a withdrawal request is flagged for review, you will be notified via email and may be asked to provide additional documentation.

5.3 Wagering Requirements on Bonuses

If your account balance includes any bonus funds or promotional credits, you must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before you can withdraw winnings derived from those bonus funds. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are specified in the terms of each bonus offer. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

sbouno is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. As part of our AML policy, we require that all deposited funds be wagered at least once before they can be withdrawn. For example, if you deposit Rp 500.000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 500.000 before you can request a withdrawal. This policy applies to all users, regardless of account status or VIP tier.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

sbouno offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, expiry dates, and eligible games or bet types. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also known as a "turnover requirement" or "rollover requirement"). The wagering requirement specifies how many times you must wager the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling Rp 1.000.000 before you can withdraw winnings from that bonus.

Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) may contribute 10-20%. Sports betting odds below 1.50 may not contribute toward wagering requirements. Consult the specific bonus terms for contribution percentages.

6.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

sbouno reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, betting on opposite outcomes to guarantee wagering completion, using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or any other activity that violates the spirit of fair play.

If bonus abuse is detected, sbouno may immediately terminate your account, forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings, and ban you from future promotions.

7. Betting Rules and Conduct

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on sbouno are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet before confirming it. sbouno is not liable for any errors made by you when placing a bet, including selecting the wrong team, market, or stake amount.

In the event of an obvious error in odds, sbouno reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Examples of obvious errors include decimal odds mistakenly displayed as 1.01 when the correct odds should have been 10.0, or negative odds displayed on a betting market.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, sbouno follows standard international betting rules. If a match or event is postponed or rescheduled, bets remain valid and will be settled when the event takes place, provided it occurs within 48 hours of the original start time. If the event does not occur within 48 hours, all bets are voided and stakes refunded.

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to real-time odds fluctuations. sbouno reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, especially during critical moments of a match (e.g., a penalty kick in football, a match point in tennis). Bets placed during a suspension period may be voided at sbouno's discretion.

7.3 Casino and Live Dealer Rules

All casino games on sbouno are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and other licensed providers.

If a live dealer game is interrupted due to technical issues, the round will be voided and stakes refunded. If a technical malfunction causes an incorrect game outcome (e.g., a card dealt incorrectly, a roulette wheel malfunction), sbouno reserves the right to void the affected round and refund stakes.

7.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sbouno and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes or circumvent platform rules.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargeback fraud, identity theft, or payment fraud.
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to disguise your location or circumvent geographical restrictions.
• Any form of abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other users or sbouno staff.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by sbouno

sbouno reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of our platform. Reasons for account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing third parties to use your account.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, collusion, or other prohibited activities.
• Failing to complete KYC verification when requested.
• Being identified as a self-excluded individual attempting to reopen an account.

If your account is terminated for breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to place bets, deposit, or withdraw until the investigation is resolved.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If you have a remaining balance, you must complete the withdrawal process before your account can be permanently closed. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened. If you wish to return to sbouno in the future, you will need to register a new account (subject to eligibility and compliance with these terms).

sbouno's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which sbouno is licensed. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the sbouno platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing authority.

Before initiating formal arbitration, you agree to first contact sbouno's support team in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed to arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against sbouno.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and sbouno regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
